Vote by Post
You might find it easier to vote by post. This gives you more time to complete and return the ballot, and have it mailed to your home address, which could be convenient if you’re not sure you’ll be in The City on Thursday March 20th.
You have until March 5th to apply, and the ballot paper will be dispatched to you between 7th-10th March.
If you’re travelling during this time period and won’t be able to complete a postal vote, you can also apply for a proxy vote, where a colleague on the voter list can vote on your behalf – the link below has the proxy vote form.

All you need to do is print, sign, scan and email (or post) the form. The details are on the link, else please email the form to electoralservices@cityoflondon.gov.uk

You must register to vote by post by 5th March (which can include using your home, not office address)
Vote by post
If you aren't sure you'll be in the office on 20th March 2025 you can apply to vote by post, which gives you more time to complete and return your ballot paper.
